Owned and Operated by Ryan and Dana Marinez of oshkosh, nebraska.

We are a family owned and operated restaurant, all employees are family except one, but we all love him as if he were family.

Ryan worked for the previous owner from 2015 until Ryan and dana took over the restaurant on july 27, 2018.
ryan and dana purchased the restaurant complex in September 2019 from the previous owner.

who are we?

First and foremost we are a family .  Although our family may be a blended family, we have 5 combined beautiful/handsome children and several amazing grandchildren.

Ryan and his 3 boys moved from Florida to Oshkosh, Ne in 2006.
Dana has had life long ties to Oshkosh, Ne through her parents Dennis and Betty Allen
Dana was raising her son Jesse when she met Ryan. Amanda had already left for college.
Ryan and Dana started dating in 2007 and married on July 10, 2015.

Army runs deep in the Martinez family, Ryan served from 1985 to 1990, his son Nathan Martinez followed serving in the Army National Guard from 2014 to 2018, Nathan met his lovely wife while serving over seas. Trenton Martinez served from 2016-2018 in the Army.

Both Ryan and Dana worked for the Cabela's Return Center here in Oshkosh until it's closing in early 2019.

Ryan learned how to cook from his sister-in-law when he was a young boy and cultivated his skills down south where he cooked for several years. He has also learned new recipes like meatloaf and fried tacos from his lovely wife Dana.
Dana was a server for several years on and off in different locations in the country.
Ryan cooked for Cabela's from 2011 - 2019 when the returns center closed.

We have both had hardships and life lessons to learn during our lives, but we have come to realize we have found our dream and hope to share this dream with the residents and visitors of Oshkosh for many years to come.
